Lisa has been artistically handcrafting her masterpiece cakes for over twenty years. While working in a market she was able to learn the fundamental secrets to cake crafting and through years of practice has become an expert in the art. With an Associates Degree in art from Tarrant County College she is able to apply the concepts of artistry to the baking and decoration of her products. Lisa's acclaim isn't only local. She's been awarded 1st place in the Oklahoma State Sugar Arts Show (professional sculpted cakes division) with her 3D "Wide Mouthed Bass" cake, and, being a family affair, her daughter Shannon placed 2nd in the teen tiered cakes division with her "Gopher in the Potted Plant" cake.
